Certified Chef Apprenticeship
The sponsoring house (Restaurant) pays apprentice an hourly wage while the apprentice gains 4000 hours of valuable hands-on experience under the direction of a qualified chef
Length of Training:
2 year apprenticeship; certified by the American Culinary Federation
