Emily Griffith Technical College and High School

EGTC is centrally located in downtown Denver with easy access to RTD bus routes and light rail. Emily Griffith Technical Colleges of Health Sciences, and Creative Arts and Design, along with the Adult Education & Language Learning Center and Continuing Education Division are located at 1860 Lincoln Street. EGTC’s College of Trades and Industry and some of the non-credit Continuing Education Division are located at 1205 Osage Street in the Lincoln Park Alma neighborhood.

Emily Griffith Technical College provides limited student parking. Students may purchase a parking tag to park in a lot designated by the school. Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Contact Douglas Parking at 303-377-2546 or email info@douglasparking.com.  Additional information on nearby parking is available at the main lobby desk.

Free MetroRide

Students now have option of taking RTD’s new Free MetroRide, a speedier and equally reliable alternative to the 16th Street Free MallRide. The MetroRide runs during principal business hours, providing downtown commuters with a frequent service that brings them to direct stops with key connecting routes. This includes Union Station, Denver’s central hub for all incoming and outgoing transportation options. Circulating every 5 to 10 minutes, the Free MetroRide is a great free-of-cost option for students in need of punctual and dependable transportation to wherever they need to go.
