Medical Administrative Assistant

Our Medical Administrative Assistant program focuses on the essential skills of working in a medical office. Students learn how to maintain patient charts, update and file patient medical records, fill out insurance forms, schedule appointments, and arrange for hospital admissions, referrals, and laboratory services.

The program prepares students to join the healthcare industry as a medical administrative assistant, which is an excellent stepping stone to higher level positions in the healthcare industry.

Go to school to become a Medical Administrative Assistant for $6,046! Additional costs for additional materials and books may apply.          Earn $31,850 per year as an entry-level medical receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant.          Go to school full-time for 5 months to earn a certificate from Emily Griffith’s Medical Administrative Assistant program. Each student must complete an internship (arranged through career services) at the end of the program.
