Pharmacy Technician

Our Pharmacy Technician program is focused on preparing students to work in drug store, long-term care, hospital, and other specialty pharmacies, where they assist pharmacists in  providing high-quality pharmaceutical services.

Students learn skills to assist with the preparation of oral and intravenous medications, filling prescriptions, and use of automated dispensing machines. Students gain experience in a simulated classroom pharmacy, as well as an internship in a real pharmacy setting.

The program is a hybrid program, which combines in-person classes with online coursework, making it easy for students to fit classes into their schedule. Our program is also an ASHP/ACPE Accredited program.

Tuition for Pharmacy Technician is $3,738          Entry-level salary for a pharmacy technician is $29,737 per year ($14.30/hr)          The Pharmacy Technician program takes 3 months to complete
