Carpet and Tile Layer Apprenticeship

Working in a finishing trade like Carpet and Tile laying is a great way to get into the construction industry. With an apprenticeship, you can learn the skills while you work in the field. 

What is a Carpet and Tile layer? Carpet and Tile Layers install carpet, linoleum, and soft tile on floors, walls, and stairs at commercial sites. This includes the preparation of the surface, measuring, cutting, fitting and sewing. 

In an apprenticeship program like carpet and tile laying, you’ll gain experience through on-the-job training and coursework provided by apprenticeship partners. 

Requirements: If you are interested in the Carpet and Tile Layer apprenticeship, you must be 18 years and possess a valid driver’s license.
