As we transition to having more students and staff on campus, we will be using a new health screening process.
When arriving at 1860 Lincoln Street, you will no longer need to go through the Cafe entrance for your health screening.
Instead, we will be using Safe Access, which is an online screening tool. You will need to open Safe Access before you arrive on campus and fill out the questions. Once you arrive on campus, you will need to enter through the main door and show the “green screen” on your personal device in order to enter the building.
The Student Safe Access health screening tool for all Emily Griffith campuses can be found below.
If you do not have a QR reader, follow this link.
Note: Safe Access is not an app. It must be accessed through a web browser.
Within the screening tool, you will need to:
- Read the instructions
- Enter your Student ID
- Answer two health screening questions
- Click Submit
Results will display immediately on your device. Please answer each question honestly.
A “green screen” will indicate that you have passed the health screening for that day and are checked in to be on-site. Please be prepared to show your “green screen” when arriving on campus.
A “red screen” will indicate that you have not passed the health screening for that day and that you should stay home. There is no penalty for failing a screening. If you are experiencing symptoms, do not come to campus and be sure to follow-up with your instructor. Failing a screening prevents you from entering DPS buildings and schools. For health guidance, please reach out to your healthcare provider.
If you do not carry a personal device, you may seek assistance when on campus to complete the Safe Access screening tool.
Below is the Safe Access code for 1860 and 1820 Lincoln St. This is for Emily Griffith Staff members only.
