Dental Assisting

Our Dental Assisting program offers a challenging career in health care for those who enjoy working directly with people. Students develop skills including chair side procedures, radiology, practice management, patient education, infection control, and laboratory work. Dental Assisting program's theory classes are online while the practical hands-on classes are in the dental lab.

This is a hybrid program, meaning some online activities are substituted for class time. You may complete online coursework anywhere and anytime you have an internet connection. Your teacher will orient you how to use the online portion of the course and will also be available to provide direct support.

Get your dental assistant certificate at Emily Griffith Tech College for $7,870 (additional costs for materials and books may apply)          On average, entry-level dental assistants make $28k per year (or $13.66 per hour)          Go to school full-time for 8 months to receive your dental assistant training certificate.
