This apprenticeship program is where our Culinary Arts program is directly tied to earning money, working in the industry using the skills you learn at Emily Griffith. Often called an “earn and learn” model, this apprenticeship program can work around many different scheduling needs (part-time, full-time, days, nights, and weekends). Placement options include every style of restaurant, from neighborhood spots that have been serving their communities for years to destination hotels and resorts with multiple onsite foodservice venues.

Become a Certified Line Cook Apprentice and Receive:
- Guaranteed wage increases
